I in fact like the look and size of this watch. Also, it seems to keep running on a wind longer than my Tag Heuer. It is portly, but since it is slim and has a clean, simple look, it doesn't look too big.

Bad timekeeping
I purchased this watch over and when it arrived it was everything I expected. However, wearing if for only one day I discovered that it gained 5 minutes per hour! I have subsequently returned the superintend.

I recieved my take note of last week and I'm very happy with it. It's a classy dress and special occasion watch. It's a bit bigger in diameter than I brooding it would be, but it is in no way a deal breaker. On the plus side it's much thinner and slips under shirt cuffs easily. The pictures on Amozon don't do it equitableness, it's elegant and sleek and will be in style for centuries.. I have a Hamilton Khaki hand wind that I put on every day and beat on, so I'm sure this watch will last forever as a dressy special occasion watch. Couldn't be Happier with this look for
I'm by no means a take note expert but I did think long and hard about the prospect of buying an Omega vs TAG vs anything else. When all was done, I opted for the sportiness yet gentility of this TAG he decision came down to Grand Carrera or Carrera Day Date. I chose the Day Date and made a huge choice. I get compliments on it all of the time. The size of the monstrosity took a little getting toughened to especially the height of the watch at 16.5mm. My business partner went with the Omega Planet Multitude -- Although also a great watch. I simply like the aesthetics of this watch. One last thing - it's the one of the only TAGs, if not the only TAG that absolutely has both the DAY and DATE displayed. Amazing detail.

Prodigious
I have had this regard for almost 6 months now, and it hasn't let me down. Part of owning an Automatic watch is the need to wear it daily, or commit it on a winder. I wear the watch daily, only choosing to wear one of my other watches when working in the garage, yard, or doing household renovations as to not weaken the crystal or damage the watch more than daily wear. The pictures and videos of this watch do not do it impartiality, it is far better in person, and I would suggest before purchasing, go to a local retailer and check out the watch, see it on your wrist, and come to terms sure the size fits you well. It isn't cheap and if you aren't happy with it, then you should know before you buy.I have large wrists, and the on the loose face, and thickness of the main body fits my wrist and body style well. It's powered by Omega's discontinuation-through Co-Axial escapement. Developed in conjunction with master watchmaker George Daniels, it's based on twofold co-axial escape wheel, a lever with three pallet stones and impulse stone on the counterbalance roller, together with a free sprung-balance. The Co-Axial escapement system reduces sliding fretting compared with the lever escapement and thus ensures greater accuracy over time.
This watch also features the Omega 2500 thinness automatic movement, which has been certified as a chronometer by the COSC (Swiss Official Chronometer Restrain). Only 3 percent of watches produced in Switzerland are "chronometer-certified." To achieve this highly coveted endorsement, the movements are subjected to numerous tests over a period of 15 consecutive days and nights, in five positions and at three dissimilar temperatures.

Quaint Omega Watch From Amazon!!
Well, I feeling I was supposed to have this watch. I had always wanted a Seamaster Cronometer Automatic, but never saw myself spending this kind of in, not to mention the price at an authorized dealer. I over recall the watch is a work of art, very solid, and very well finished. Appears to keep very good time. My only concern with the undivided transaction has to do with Amazon warranty/support on the watch. I was having difficulty with getting the engagement to change correctly and initially thought there was a problem with the watch. I called Amazon to ask them about it and to advise them that there might be a problem with my watch. Faultless Choice
I had considered purchasing the scrutinize from a jeweler just for the sake of having the Tag warrenty. After reviewing the warrenty Amazon offers departure from the subject the Tag warrenty there wasn't a big difference in what would be covered, and they were both 2 years in length, so I decided to save $600.00 and go with Amazon. So gratified I did! The watch is gorgeous and it was packaged in the lovely Tag box with all the Tag care instructions. Completely satisfied!

Aquaracer Quartz Distress-signal
I have owned my Aquaracer for about 8 months now and it has proven to be very correct and reliable. Several reviewers on different sites have complained about the alarm feature and at first it confused me too. After Purposefully reading the manual I realized that it is normal for the alarm hands to rotate when pulling out the make progress against to set the time on the watch. This is part of the alarm synchronization procedure. After setting the time the alarm requests to be synchronized to the time set. This is done while the watch is still in time set mode with the crown pulled all the way out. Then just grip the alarm button in till the alarm hands show exactly the same time as the watch hands. When the rule is pushed back in the alarm hands return to their previously set position and are synchronized. Once this is done the alarm is on target to the second. Note this magazine is for a purchase made directly from Amazon, not a 3rd party.I've had my watch for just over a year now, and love it. I knew common into this that the service was 3rd party via Amazon and not direct from Tag, but based on the savings was willing to chance it. I sent my sentinel back to their service provider (Swinford Jewelers) in Kentucky 2 months ago. All-inclusive I am very happy with the product and having saved $1500 by buying from Amazon I can certainly not wail. Australia retail is $3100 and after taxes I paid $1625 from Amazon, so I am thrilled with the savings. This was my first buy from Amazon and was therefore unlettered of what to expect. I was surprised that Amazon do not use up to date currency conversion (the AUD was worth 98.5 cents US at the age of purchase but Amazon converted at 94 cents) so when buying an expensive item you perceive the difference.
