Couldn't be Happier with this keep safe
I'm by no means a keep one's eyes peeled expert but I did think long and hard about the prospect of buying an Omega vs TAG vs anything else. When all was done, I opted for the sportiness yet politesse of this TAG he decision came down to Grand Carrera or Carrera Day Date. I chose the Day Date and made a loving terrible choice. I get compliments on it all of the time. The size of the monstrosity took a little getting hardened to especially the height of the watch at 16.5mm. My business partner went with the Omega Planet Gobs -- Although also a great watch. I simply like the aesthetics of this watch. One last thing - it's the one of the only TAGs, if not the only TAG that in actuality has both the DAY and DATE displayed. Amazing detail.

I have had this protect for almost 6 months now, and it hasn't let me down. Part of owning an Automatic watch is the need to wear it daily, or split it on a winder. I wear the watch daily, only choosing to wear one of my other watches when working in the garage, yard, or doing household renovations as to not emerge the crystal or damage the watch more than daily wear. The pictures and videos of this watch do not do it rightfulness, it is far better in person, and I would suggest before purchasing, go to a local retailer and check out the watch, see it on your wrist, and succeed a do over sure the size fits you well. It isn't cheap and if you aren't happy with it, then you should know before you buy.I have large wrists, and the unselfish face, and thickness of the main body fits my wrist and body style well. Gratifying watch
This is an utterly amazing watch. Its style is both very sober and elegant. It enables you to know what time and what day it is, don't conjecture anything else. The black croco leather strap is also very well manufactured.Actually, this is a typical Baume et Mercier produce: fine, elegant, beautiful.

Comprehensive fiasco - BEWARE when buying this.
Intial look at: (I wrote the day after I bought my 1st)stylish, elegant, understated, very thin, light weight, great buyhappy I bought it and justified got one for my brotherUpdate -The watch is a few months old.Style wise - I love it.HOWEVER - I am concerned it might downturn back about 10min a week.I may have to return and repurchase - which is annoying - but smooth if done through amazon - I hope.2nd update -The keep a weather eye open for definitely loses time. I looked down and thought I was on time - when in fact I was late - multiple times. Not what you count on from a new 1200$ watch. Further troubling is what I came to learn. Initially I contacted amazon philosophy that my fastest course of action was to return this watch and repurchase another. Fanciful Watch
This is my first steep or luxury watch. I have had Tissots in the past but this was my first entrance into a watch that retails close to 2 great. I must say this is now a prize possession of mine. It looks great with a suit, which I wear at least 3 times a week for industry, but it also looks incredible with a tee-shirt and jeans. I have gotten tons of compliments on it. It is not as flashy as some Tags which I like. It resembles a Rolex Oyster Unending pretty closely from a distance, and has been mistaken for such several times, yet its a fraction of the cost. I love this ogle and cant say enough positive things about it. I have had the watch about 4 months and from what I can tell it loses maybe a minute per month.I would extremely recommend this watch, it is officially my "gateway drug" into the abyss that is watch collecting.

I knew current into this that the service was 3rd party via Amazon and not direct from Tag, but based on the savings was willing to chance it. Comprehensive I am very happy with the product and having saved $1500 by buying from Amazon I can certainly not bemoan. Australia retail is $3100 and after taxes I paid $1625 from Amazon, so I am thrilled with the savings. This was my first buy from Amazon and was therefore unlearned of what to expect. I was surprised that Amazon do not use up to date currency conversion (the AUD was worth 98.5 cents US at the interval of purchase but Amazon converted at 94 cents) so when buying an expensive item you advise the difference. I was also not prepared for taxes that were $147 but I am very happy that Amazon tagged it on to the upfront expense rather than have a noisome surprise on arrival. A Value Tag Heuer
Some population believe this watch is overpriced due to the movement. This may be the case if you're a diehard automatic movement fan. However I delight in both types of time pieces and this watch is a steal at $700. The fit and finish and quality of materials is on par with any accompany, including my SeaMaster and yes even my Submariner, yet sports a price tag of a fraction of their price. Tag Heuer is no Omega or Rolex but its variety value is still quite high and this watch is an excellent proof of the craftsmanship of this luxury swiss watchmaker. If you don't stress an automatic movement, want a beautiful fit and finish, sporty time piece with a superlative name behind it. This is your watch. My only gripe is that the box pictured is an aquaracer/ other higher end Tag model box. This watch comes with the soft box with leather pillow. Enjoy, you won't be disapointed.
