Finery Watch, Worst Customer Support
I own the Omega Seamaster Chronograph, purchased it new in 1998. I've had it serviced by pukka Omega Authorized Dealers every 2-3 years since new. In 2005, diving in San Carlos no more than 20 meters perception, the watch sprung a leak. By the time I returned home the watch had remaining sea qualify with rust inside. I sent the watch to the corporate repair center after consultation with a fellow rep (The company is owned by Swatch). After several months and repeated inquiries, the watch was sent back to me un-repaired with no commentary. I again contacted customer service (another painful story within itself) and re-sent the watch. A year later (Yes, the tick time took 12 months) after repeated letters, phone calls and a looming letter from my attorney, they contacted me for permission to do the repair work. The estimate was nearly $1300 and they offered no pass for the considerable inconvenience. I paid the fee and the repaired watch was returned to me as good as...

Bought this watch about 1 month ago. I precisely wore this watch on one wrist and the submariner on the other wrist at my jewlers for about 1 hour trying to determine. Comfort, readability and style all won out and I bought the Omega Chrono Diver. This watch has an automatic change with a 44 hour power reserve. Love the blue face and the skeleton hands are very corresponding exactly and make using the chronograph a breeze and reading time very easy. This watch is very well-established/heavy so if you have small wrists it may not be the watch for your. Has great weight and balance to it. The watch looks venerable, I wear it to work (dress slacks and button up shirt) and with jeans and a T-shirt it still goes well.I accept that for the price you would be hard pressed to do much better.

I have been researching Omega Seamaster watches for link of months, and went to several authorized dealers in my local area. They usually offer <15% discount + tax. So it would be around $2900 if I buy from them. I was impressed by the worth Amazon offered (~$800 saving), although I know that Amazon is not an authorized dealer (therefore, the Omega commitment is void). I recieved the watch 2 days after placing the order. It is beautiful and same as what I saw from the local dealers. It came with reliable box and 3 cards (surprising! since I thought the warranty card would be missing. Of course, the card is not filled with due dealer names etc. so it is void technically). Unfortunately, when I carefully examed the back of the watch, I found that the serial figure on the watch was scatched off (or more precisely speaking: destroyed). The pre-eminent watch!
This is a horrific timepiece. Elegant, accurate, sturdy and suitable for all occasions. Although the blue version is the most unexceptional in this model, I decided to buy the black one. I think it is more versatile and elegant. I also preferred the quartz variety, since I believe it is much more convenient, not to mention that it is about $1,000 cheaper.I did not buy it from Amazon. I got a better price at an authorized traffic in Washington DC. Apart from keeping the mafufacturer's international warranty, the dealer offers one year of further warranty and free batteries during the entire life of my watch.

awsom disgraceful dial seamaster
I chose the vile dial to be a little more original, because everyone that owns these Seamasters seem to own the blue ones and the black is more high-priced. I have owned several Seamasters, because of the overall quality and keep coming back to the quartz model.This watch isn't as tasteless as a Rolex, but who cares- Instead I will just wear a shirt that sais I'm better than YOU! Ha Ha. All Omega moment pieces are just as good as a Rolex if not better in accuracy, but that's another story. I have a job that requires faultlessness in time keeping and the quartz are razor sharp in accuracy, but any automatic Omega's I have owned ask for adjusting every week or so (to be accurate) and you don't want to wear them when you are doing any hard or quick specialist activity, because one sudden shock could damage the internal mechanism and who wants to pay 350 to 500 for a adapt up every five years or so-Not Me! And Seamaster quartz models only require 50 to 85.00 every 3 ½ to 4 years. Don't get me...

I recently purchased OMEGA James compact collection, Black Dial- Quartz from DUBAI. I can vouch for OMEGA'S built quality and let up on pricing, i.e. if one is comparing with Rolex Submariner.
