A wonderful inspect
I in actuality bought this at an AD, but nevertheless here's a small review:The dial itself is very unique and believe me the 2 silver sub dials assemble a big difference in the way this looks. A 44MM case is rather imposing but doesnt look monstrous. The day-date countenance for me, however could have been a bit avoidable. I would have been comfortable with just the date. I have many watches and rarely wear the same watch on 2 days back to back. What this means is that the regard stops after the 40 hour power-reserve (which I havent tested yet) and then its back to manually starting it again and shifting both the day and date with the am/pm becomes a chore - I know the solution to this is a watch winder, but I havent gotten around to getting one yet. I dont use the pilots crowns for compound measurements at all (neither do most other users that I have seen reviews of), but this sure looks cool. Stunning Watch
This observation looks like it's worth many times its $1K pricetag. Everything about this watch says quality. The leather strap is very thick and looks like it is advantage $100 just by itself. The watch has a lot of heft to it and has a nice size face. The valjoux 7750 development (which another reviewer mentioned) is used in almost all Swiss chronographs and is considered to be a durable, workhorse robot movement. Most of the watches that use this movement (such as Breitling) sell for thousands more than this watch. Only problem with this watch is that all your other watches will fade away in comparison to it. I never want to wear any of my other watches these days.Surprised to find that some reviewers had a bad experience with this watch. If you look on the cautious of forums online you will find that this watch is considered to be the gold standard for affordable Swiss chronographs. This may be the sympathetic of watch that you should purchase from a jeweler (I bought mine at Kay Jewelry) so...

. . .For the sacrifice,unbeatable. With three screwdown crowns and three rotating bezels (two internal,one external),this is simply more watchful of than most people will ever use (or understand). The extra features built into the X-wind models allow a pilot to compute speed and wind data into a flight plan. That being said, you will not find many other sporty Swiss made chronographs of this narrowness costing less than two to four times as much. The build quality,design and finish work are all first rate with a digit of classic details that manage to combine into a most unique package.

Even less ill in person
I must have looked at a dozen threads on this element model and many were missing pictures. I even tried on the black faced version in a local jewelers and Heraldry sinister unimpressed... But I took a chance and ordered this sight unseen and am so glad I did. I wanted an impulsive hammy for a while, and just couldn't commit to any particular model. I was also concerned about the 46mm size... I am a rather big guy, and this looks perect and in scope with my frame. The movement is excellent, and while others have posted comments on the visibility of the brushed numbers does security consideration, I wouldn't change them. I think they add a lot of understated elegance to a high end field look for that otherwise would be missing something at this price point. With the pewter face and shiny brushed hands and numbers, this element is slick. Jaw dropper yes... an heirloom quality piece that will be handed down to my boy in 20+ years with snobbery...

Spectacular Watch, great value
I'm very joyous with this watch. I like the large size and pilot watch style. It is very rugged and well made. I looks distinguished and still looks new after several months of wear. The raised numbers look great. The screw down emperor is a nice touch - putting it in the ranks with much more expensive watches. I have no complaints and would highly recommend this pore over.

Hamilton Khaki Aviator Watch
This be vigilant for is absolutely beautiful. I've received dozens of compliments after wearing it for 2 weeks. This watch is very perceivable and definitely makes a statement. Even though it's 46mm it still slightly smaller than the width of my wrist. It fits richly well on the hand and isn't too bulky. The 42 hour reserve on the watch is good enough to last two days. The only beef about Hamilton watches is the leather band isn't long enough.

Loaded Class Watch
I bought this of a few weeks ago and really love it so far. I paid $492, so I would recommend waiting until the price falls to that before purchasing. I got it on Amazon through Jomashop, and they are are currently out of extraction.I don't really have any complaints about this watch. It looks great--extremely classy and more expensive than what I paid for it. As with most all watches, it looks much less ill in person than in pictures. A couple points: first, if you have very small wrists this is probably not the watch for you. I am 6' and 175 lbs, and have sufficiently slim wrists myself, and I put the strap at the second smallest setting. Another leather band guard I have I set it somewhere in the middle. So someone with smaller wrists than me may not be able to set the strap small enough for their liking. Also, the leather is very rigid, and still has not completely broken in, even though I have had it for about a month.

I upstanding received my Khaki Pilot a couple of hours ago and I haven't put it down since! I'm in love with it! I spent a fancy few months looking at different styles and brands before deciding on a Hamilton. My favorite guard!
Though initially unresolved to spend the money, I'm glad I did. It's a beautiful watch that keeps very accurate time. Surprisingly powerful and heavier than it looks, it just feels like a classic timepiece. The subtle lay out, sapphire crystal back (hence the 'viewmatic' name), hidden-button deployment clasp, and the smooth wall-to-wall second hand are very nice touches and really make this a special piece.

I have owned this attend for close to 4 years, and love the quality of construction, and the stylish design features. This is my favorite out of over 40 swiss watches that I own. I definitley would guide this watch to any gentleman who wants a quality timepiece for his collection.
Well done Watch But...
I purchased this alert from Amazon and it is absolutely beautiful. I've had the watch for under a month and the band/bracelet is already very very scratched. I have not been mark out on this watch at all though I do wear it every day. This is very concerning to me as I have never had a watch scratch this easily, and this is by far the most I have spent on a watch. Also, when I went to have this safeguard sized, the jeweler questioned where I had gotten the watch and its authenticity due to the fact that the band lacked arrows to the leadership of which way to extract the pins, since all of their Hamilton watches had these arrows. I must say the front and back face of the watch have remained perfect, but I am incredibly thwarted with the durability of the band. I expected more for my money, but the watch and movement itself I love. This resulted in the ready for receiving as many stars as I gave it.
