Couldn't be Happier with this lookout
I'm by no means a attend to expert but I did think long and hard about the prospect of buying an Omega vs TAG vs anything else. When all was done, I opted for the sportiness yet culture of this TAG he decision came down to Grand Carrera or Carrera Day Date. I chose the Day Date and made a influential choice. I get compliments on it all of the time. The size of the monstrosity took a little getting habituated to to especially the height of the watch at 16.5mm. My business partner went with the Omega Planet The deep -- Although also a great watch. I simply like the aesthetics of this watch. Strange
I have had this make eyes at look for for almost 6 months now, and it hasn't let me down. Part of owning an Automatic watch is the need to wear it daily, or drop out of it on a winder. I wear the watch daily, only choosing to wear one of my other watches when working in the garage, yard, or doing household renovations as to not cripple the crystal or damage the watch more than daily wear. The pictures and videos of this watch do not do it the law, it is far better in person, and I would suggest before purchasing, go to a local retailer and check out the watch, see it on your wrist, and contrive sure the size fits you well. It isn't cheap and if you aren't happy with it, then you should know before you buy.I have large wrists, and the colossal face, and thickness of the main body fits my wrist and body style well. 30 Year Reassess
After much study, I purchased an Omega Speedmaster in 1968 as an 18th birthday present to myself. There were not many chronographs available at that beforehand (Rolex, Breitling, Omega and probably others I no longer remember). To my surprise, that summer (or next), Omega began agressive advertising that it's be watchful for was the official timepiece of the Apollo Astronauts. It reaffirmed my choice. Thirty years later, it is still the most beneficent watch I own (including my Submariner). My only complaint is that I have gone through three or four bracelets/straps. Ironically, a new metal bracelet payout more than the original cost of my Speedmaster ($185). Interestingly, no Rolex owner has ever commented on my Submariner, but guy Speedmaster owners always start up a conversation with each other. I cannot comment on the new Speedmasters, but mine has been dropped, thrown, drowned, white, heated, shaken and abused for 30 years and still runs great. I recommend works cleaning, vacuum sealing...

This is a pleasing watch with a legendary history and phenomenal following. It has been one of the most popular watches ever made by Omega since its debut in 1957. The prevailing Speedmaster Professionals come in multiple versions, but are for the most part little changed in its over 50 year autobiography.Why is it amazing?During the 1960's space race with the Soviets, NASA did not have the time to announce an unhampered competition from all interested watch companies to design a watch suitable for space associate. This would have required bids from different manufacturers with the eventual award of a government contract. Contented with watch but...
...where are the undertaking cards? The red ones that come in the white leatherette holder. It is empty. My guess, on purpose. My call for was through Amazon, not Watchmaxx whatever that is, but I suspect the warranty cards will be missing regardless of who it is from. Upon making enquires, I have been knowledgeable that it is a two year warranty through Amazon's own version of such - so you are basically saving money by chancing it with this. There is also no 'red dot' on the back of the wrist-watch case which apparently means it has been opened but I have been told by Amazon that this is because it has been "checked by them". The red dot is part of the 'collection' point and resale drops without it so keep this in mind. I at first thought I may have purchased a re-comissioned watch which would have probably served me favourably for trying to save a few bucks ($1000) by buying on here. Despite/regardless of these issues, the wary of is beautiful. It wears a little small in comparison to today's mens watches...

This is my first fallout from Tag Heuer and I was apprehensive to purchase it not only because of no previous experience with the brand but also buying from an unauthorized shopkeeper, but I decided to give it a chance and buy direct from Amazon.I've had the Aquaracer 500M Calibre 5 Automatic for a week now and I'm thrilled with it. The status of the wristwatch is very high. The watch itself is a large piece but I have big wrists so it doesn't look super-duper on my wrist. People with smaller wrists may be put off by the size of the watch though. I didn't have to make any adjustments to the bandeau to wear the watch, it fit properly right out of the box. The watch is also heavy but both the size and the weight give it a filling substantial feel. The rotating bezel turns effortlessly and the design is such that the black part is ribbed and actually slightly recessed, which should help preserve it from scratches over the long run. Note this critique is for a purchase made directly from Amazon, not a 3rd party.I've had my watch for just over a year now, and love it. I knew universal into this that the service was 3rd party via Amazon and not direct from Tag, but based on the savings was willing to chance it. I sent my to back to their service provider (Swinford Jewelers) in Kentucky 2 months ago. I've tried to contact the vendor twice via web mould / email (there is no phone # or direct email address) and they haven't responded at all. All-inclusive I am very happy with the product and having saved $1500 by buying from Amazon I can certainly not carp at. Australia retail is $3100 and after taxes I paid $1625 from Amazon, so I am thrilled with the savings. This was my first buy from Amazon and was therefore oblivious of what to expect. I was surprised that Amazon do not use up to date currency conversion (the AUD was worth 98.5 cents US at the lifetime of purchase but Amazon converted at 94 cents) so when buying an expensive item you attend to the difference. A Value Tag Heuer
Some population believe this watch is overpriced due to the movement. This may be the case if you're a diehard automatic movement fan. However I derive pleasure both types of time pieces and this watch is a steal at $700. The fit and finish and quality of materials is on par with any gaze at, including my SeaMaster and yes even my Submariner, yet sports a price tag of a fraction of their price. Tag Heuer is no Omega or Rolex but its label value is still quite high and this watch is an excellent proof of the craftsmanship of this luxury swiss watchmaker. If you don't lack an automatic movement, want a beautiful fit and finish, sporty time piece with a large name behind it. This is your watch. My only gripe is that the box pictured is an aquaracer/ other higher end Tag model box. This watch comes with the malleable box with leather pillow. Enjoy, you won't be disapointed.

Effect Choice
I had considered purchasing the wary of from a jeweler just for the sake of having the Tag warrenty. After reviewing the warrenty Amazon offers detour the Tag warrenty there wasn't a big difference in what would be covered, and they were both 2 years in length, so I decided to save $600.00 and go with Amazon. So delighted I did! The watch is gorgeous and it was packaged in the lovely Tag box with all the Tag care instructions. Completely satisfied!

Aquaracer Quartz Scare
I have owned my Aquaracer for about 8 months now and it has proven to be very spot on target and reliable. Several reviewers on different sites have complained about the alarm feature and at first it confused me too. After Intentionally reading the manual I realized that it is normal for the alarm hands to rotate when pulling out the control to set the time on the watch. This is part of the alarm synchronization procedure. After setting the time the alarm requirements to be synchronized to the time set. This is done while the watch is still in time set mode with the crown pulled all the way out. Then just proffer the alarm button in till the alarm hands show exactly the same time as the watch hands. When the His is pushed back in the alarm hands return to their previously set position and are synchronized. Once this is done the alarm is spot on target to the second. It is a beautiful good sports watch. I have had one for over 10 years now with absolutely no problems. One trend to consider while buying is whether to go with a leather strap or a steel bracelet - I seem to go through the leather straps every one years
