Baume et Merciet (unambiguous bomb-eh me-air-cyah) is a classic timepiece, rated highly by GQ as a classic timepiece and immensely recommended as basically the "bottom" of the top tier of the elite manufacturers. Amazon has fantastic prices on it, and although you cede the original 12 month manufacturers warranty, with Amazon it is authentic and they stand behind it with their own 2 year bond, and it's well worth it to buy it here, in my opinion.This particular model arrived in beautiful packaging with a gorgeous box and pillow, with three parts to the box. Very satisfactory.The clasp is definitely slightly more unusual than many other Breitling or other high-end watch straps, but unhurried to adjust and use. It took me a minute to figure it out, but when I did, it was easy to use... it looks like your representative "belt buckle" style on the outside, but has folded metal mechanisms inside that abort the watch from falling off your wrist, for example, when trying to buckle...

This protect is an automatic, dual-time watch, from Baume & Mercier, one of the best and most well-known Swiss watchmakers.I exceptionally like the way the dual time is indicated: an extra arm on the same movement will point to the second once upon a time zone, which avoids having a separate movement and dial and keeps the watch very dear and not crowded at all. Very elegant and stylish. It is also very light. Thickness is about 1/3", which is quite small for an automatic watch over.It has the big advantage of not being a quartz watch, which makes it more reliable. In fact a sign of that is that you can see the seconds arm continuously interchange instead of the regular intervals made by quartz watches. I wasn't accepted to buy this watch, but then I noticed Amazon had it with $58,000 off! What a deal. With the money I saved I purchased a mark new BMW and still had money left over for a Disney vacation. How many watches save you money to buy a car and a vacation?Now whenever I see someone with money troubles I acknowledge them to buy this watch and save $58,000.
