Leftover automatic dress watch
This is an super Swiss made automatic watch. This watch fits my need for my work environment in that I prerequisite a very classic and elegant watch that fits easily under my dress shirt cuffs. I do have many watches but most are chronographs that are cheese-paring or at 50mm and very thick. Not ideal for a dress environment. I wear automatic watches because I like the idea of a completely impersonal movement that can be serviced over a lifetime. I have automatics going back to the very early 70's that are in perfect tournament condition today. This Longines movement is one of the thinnest automatics around and has an extremely good reputation for Loosely precision and reliability. The second hand movement is extremely smooth. The face is classic and very easy to read. The date font size is perfect. I highly recommend this watch for anyone looking for an paragon dress style automatic that will be usable for decades to come.
